Late one afternoon at Caves Beach NSW, I was watching the ocean as the light faded when a humpback appeared with her calf and launched into a full breach. I quickly sent up the drone, hoping to capture the next moment. From above, white water exploded across the surface and a soft rainbow briefly formed in the spray, bringing power, motherhood and light together in a moment that felt almost unreal.
